How to order from China, Turkey or Korea
You buy from the foreign store yourself. We give you an address abroad and a personal ID, take delivery of your parcel there, and bring it to Tashkent — by air from 4 days, or by land from 14.
Your address abroad, and your ID
ActiveCargo has warehouses in China, Turkey and South Korea. When you shop online in those countries, you send your purchase to our warehouse there — not to Uzbekistan. The store treats it as a domestic delivery, which is why it is cheap, and why sellers who do not ship abroad will still ship to you.
Write to us once and we send you two things: the warehouse address for the country you are buying from, and your own ID — something like K2303. Put both into the store delivery form. Hundreds of parcels arrive at that warehouse every day; the ID is what tells us which one is yours.

Find the product
Shop as you normally would — Taobao, 1688, AliExpress, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Coupang or anywhere else in China, Turkey or Korea. One thing to watch: do not pay the store for international shipping. You only need delivery to our warehouse inside that country.

Get your address and ID
Message us once on Telegram or call. We send you the warehouse address for that country and your personal ID. Enter both in the store delivery form. You keep the same ID for every order after this one.

Pay the store for the goods
You pay the store its own price, in the store own checkout — we are not involved in that. Shipping is separate, charged by weight, and you settle it with us later.
Cash, bank transfer, Click or Payme — and you can pay in parts.

We receive it, check it, photograph it
Your parcel reaches our warehouse and we match it to your ID. We check that it arrived intact, photograph it and send you the photos, then repack it for the journey.

It flies or drives to Tashkent
You choose: air is faster, land is cheaper. We handle the export paperwork and customs at both ends, and you can follow the parcel with your tracking number the whole way.

Collect it, or we bring it
We call you the day it reaches our Tashkent warehouse. You pay for the shipping then, on the weight that actually arrived, and either collect it from our office at 136 Gavhar street, Chilonzor, or ask us to deliver it to you.

What it costs, and what customs wants
Paying us
You pay for shipping when your parcel reaches Tashkent, on the weight that actually arrived. You can split the payment rather than settling it all at once.

Customs
Above $1500 a parcel attracts a customs payment. We prepare every document for it, so you are not standing at a counter working out forms. Below that, there is nothing for you to do.
Insurance
Optional on any parcel, and worth taking on anything expensive or fragile. Ask us for the cost before your parcel ships.
Photos and inspection
We photograph every parcel at the warehouse and send the pictures before it leaves. If the seller sent the wrong thing, you find out while it is still in the country you bought it from.

Shipping is charged by weight and starts from $9.5 per kilo by air and $7 per kilo by land from China, falling as the parcel gets heavier. There is a calculator on our home page, or send us the weight and we will tell you exactly.
When your parcel reaches Tashkent. It is weighed on arrival and you pay on that weight — cash, bank transfer, Click or Payme, in one payment or in parts.
Only if the parcel is worth more than $1500 — then a customs payment is due. We prepare all the documents and walk you through it. Below $1500 there is nothing for you to do.
Yes, on any parcel. We recommend it for anything expensive or fragile — ask us for the cost before your parcel ships.
Then we buy it for you. Send us the link and we handle the seller, the language and the payment for a 5% service fee.
Yes, and it usually costs less — the per-kilo rate drops as the weight goes up. Have everything sent to the same address with the same ID and we will ship it together.
