No foreign card, no Chinese, or a seller who will not deal with you — send us the link. We buy it from Taobao, 1688, Trendyol or Coupang, pay the seller ourselves, and ship it to Tashkent. Our fee is 5% of the price, minimum $10 per order.
When you cannot order it yourself
If you can pay the store and talk to the seller, you do not need this service — order it yourself and just use our warehouse address. That is cheaper.

Most Chinese and Korean stores refuse Uzbek cards, and Turkish sellers often want a local one. We pay the seller from our own account, in their currency.
The seller will not ship to you
Wholesale sellers on 1688, and many on Trendyol, only deal with buyers inside their own country. To them we are a local buyer.
You cannot ask the seller anything
Our people speak Chinese, Turkish and Korean. We check the listing, ask the questions you would ask, and tell you what they said before you pay.
What this costs
We add 5% of the goods price, with a $10 minimum per order — not per item. Everything else is the ordinary shipping you would pay anyway.

We check it and send you a price
We open the listing, check the seller is real and the item is in stock, ask them anything you wanted asked, and send you one figure: the goods price plus our 5%.
Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you say yes.
03 · You
You confirm and pay
You pay the goods price and our fee before we place the order — cash at our Chilonzor office, bank transfer, Click or Payme. You get a receipt showing exactly what went to the seller.
This is the one thing that differs from ordinary cargo, where you pay nothing until your parcel lands in Tashkent.
04 · ActiveCargo
We buy it, and from here it is ordinary cargo
We place the order to our own warehouse in that country. It is checked and photographed there, then flown or driven to Tashkent like any other parcel. You pay the shipping on arrival, by weight.
How cargo delivery works
Stores we buy from
The ones we are asked for most. If yours is not here, ask anyway.
- TaobaoChina's biggest consumer marketplace. Enormous range, almost entirely in Chinese, and most sellers will not take a foreign card.
- 1688The wholesale side of Taobao. Cheaper per unit, but most sellers want a minimum order and will not sell to a foreign account.
- AliExpressSet up for international buyers, so you can often order it yourself. Worth asking us only when payment or the seller is the problem.
- TrendyolTurkish clothing, shoes and cosmetics. Many sellers ship only inside Turkey, which is where we come in.
- HepsiburadaTurkey for electronics and home goods. Checkout usually needs a Turkish card and a local address.
- CoupangKorean cosmetics and electronics. Registration generally needs a Korean phone number, so buying direct is rarely possible.

We refund you in full, including our fee — we keep nothing. If you would rather, we can look for the same item from another seller and put the money towards that instead.
We photograph every parcel at our warehouse before it ships, so you find out while it is still in the country you bought it from. That is the point at which a return is still easy, and we will take it up with the seller for you.
They are separate. The 5% is on the goods price and you pay it up front with the goods. Shipping is by weight and you pay it when the parcel reaches Tashkent, at the same rates as any other cargo.
