What it is for

Orders from Korean stores. Buying cosmetics? Liquid products are not accepted for now.

How the price is worked out

  • One price per kg at any weight: $10.
  • Large but light boxes are charged by volumetric weight.
  • The minimum billable weight is 0.2 kg.

Limits

  • No more than $200 per passport per calendar month, the customs limit.
  • Worth over $200 a piece, such as electronics? Check with us before sending.
  • Fragile goods: check with us before ordering. We cannot answer for breakages we were not told about.

How it works

Four steps: two for you, two for us.

  1. Your part

    Get your address and ID

    Message us once on Telegram and we send the address of our warehouse in Korea and your personal ID.

  2. Order from the store

    Shop as usual on Coupang or anywhere else: put our warehouse and your ID in the delivery address, and add the tracking number to your ActiveCargo account.

  3. Our part

    We ship it

    The warehouse weighs your parcel and puts it on the next flight. The Shipments page shows where each batch is.

  4. Collect your goods

    We let you know the day it reaches Tashkent. Pick it up at our office, or we deliver anywhere in Uzbekistan.

Common questions

Is there a road route from Korea?

Not yet. Only AVIA runs from Korea, and goods arrive in 5–10 days.

Is a heavier shipment cheaper?

No: from Korea the price is $10 per kg at any weight. Large but light boxes are charged by volumetric weight.

What if I cannot buy on Coupang myself?

Coupang usually asks for a Korean phone number. Send us the product link and we buy it for you, for a 5% fee with a $10 minimum.

Do you deliver to the regions?

Yes, to every region and district. Parcels over 1 kg go to the regions free, and parcels over 5 kg are delivered free within Tashkent. You can also collect from our office in Chilonzor.
