While your parcel is still in China, our warehouse team checks it and gets it ready for the road.
When your parcel arrives we photograph it and send you the pictures, so you can see the right item came before it ships.
We strip unnecessary packaging, so the box gets smaller and its volumetric weight drops.
Air is the strictest route: much of what cannot fly goes by road parcel post, and large or commercial cargo is considered case by case on AVTO.

For us they are one service, AVIA: small parcels and shipments of several boxes both go this way. The price depends on the batch's total weight: $9.5 per kg up to 20 kg, $9 for 20–60 kg, $8.5 over 60 kg.
More than 3 of the same item counts as a series and ships by AVTO: $7 per kg, 14–19 days.
Large but light boxes are charged by volumetric weight. Our China warehouse can remove extra boxes, which brings the volumetric weight down.
Yes, to every region and district. Parcels over 1 kg go to the regions free, and parcels over 5 kg are delivered free within Tashkent. You can also collect from our office in Chilonzor.
